2-Year Complete Warranty

RedVive Health LLC stands behind the quality and performance of our red light therapy panels. We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If your device is not functioning properly, we will repair or replace it. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure you are back to enjoying the benefits of red light therapy as soon as possible.

To make a warranty claim, please provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may ship replacement parts, provide troubleshooting support, or replace the unit with a new or refurbished product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal operational issues. Damage resulting from misuse, dropping, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Conditions:

  1. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the original delivery date.
  2. Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty claims, and the warranty is non-transferable.
  3. Products purchased directly from RedVive Health LLC or an authorized reseller are eligible for warranty coverage.
  4. Customer-induced damage (e.g., from dropping, misuse, or unauthorized repairs) is not covered.

To file a warranty claim, contact RedVive Health LLC Customer Support with your order details and evidence of the issue. Unauthorized attempts to open or repair the device may void the warranty.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your RedVive Health LLC red light therapy panel, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Return Conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
  4. Refunds will be issued after the product is inspected and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition. If the product is damaged or not in resalable condition, the return may be refused and returned to the sender.
  5. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact RedVive Health LLC Customer Support to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. Items returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Exceptions:

  1. Optional accessories and stands are final sale and cannot be returned.
  2. Products must be received at our returns center by the 30th day from the original delivery date to qualify for a refund.
  3. Returns that arrive after the 30-day period or in non-sellable condition will be returned to the sender.

Shipping Policy for Returns:

  1. For domestic returns, if the shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a $50 restocking fee per parcel will be applied.
  2. Initial shipping fees and additional shipping insurance are non-refundable for all returns, both domestic and international.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim: To start a return or warranty claim, please contact RedVive Health LLC Customer Support via email. Include your order number, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
